Worthless stopped working!

I tried the free version of the app and it worked fine with my smart tv. So decided to buy the full version. As soon as I "paid" and tried to use the app it will not connect to the tv or load my videos. Tells me no renderers connected. How is it that it connected before now will not? I sent 2 emails to the company and gave them time to respond. NO RESPONSE. I requested a refund on my second email and still no response or refund. Very irritated I spent the $ and the company has ignored my request completely.
